“A couple of years ago I was in an accident in my Mazda 3, the whole front end of my car was repaired by a panel beater in Toowoomba. A few months ago I realised that the paint on the bonnet of my car had started to lift and I was upset about the whole situation. I contacted my insurance company who I was with at the time of my car being repaired and told them what had happened. I had heard a lot of great things about Carmend and had decided that I was going to have my car repaired there. I met with the assessor at Carmend in Moorooka, as there wasn’t an assessor in my area at the Sunshine Coast the days I had off work.

I met Rob, the owner, and he had helped me meet with the assessor and explain what he thought had happened to my car, Rob even pointed out that the paint job I had had a couple of years ago when my car was being repaired had not matched the original Mazda blue colour. The assessor wrote down what he had needed and took photos of the car and a few days later I was given the all clear to take my car back to Carmend to have a new paint job. I rang Carmend and had told them that I was travelling to Indonesia next week and if it would be ok for me to drop my car off the morning I flew out. This was not a problem for them. I dropped my car off and a week later a came back from Indonesia to what looked like a brand new car, the paint job was spot on. Rob took a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
