| We offer a unique, personalised service, covering the smallest of dents right through to major accident damage, with quality repairs on all makes and models of vehicles and small trucks. Not only do we provide professional finishes on vehicles, we can spray paint anything from guitars, to boat accessories to cold room panels and motorbikes. Private Repairs:As each job is unique, we will, if possible, offer alternate repair methods to Private clients. This gives you, the customer, control of how your vehicle will be repaired, and may even be cost effective for you. Insurance Repairs:Each week, we repair vehicles from a variety of insurance companies. We completely understand having to go through insurance can be quite daunting. If you are unsure of the claims process, we are more than happy to assist you. If you are a Third Party, you have the freedom to choose where your vehicle is fixed. If you are At Fault, your insurer will try to direct you to their 'Preferred Repairers.' Please carefully check your insurance policy for 'Choice of Repairer,' as this takes away your right to choose who repairs your vehicle. Once quoted, the details will be sent to your insurer for Repair Authority. Once we receive the green light to go ahead, we can book your vehicle in for repairs. Lifetime Guarantee:We offer lifetime guarantee on all Insurance body work and spray painting. Quoting:Unlike the major companies, Carmend Smash Repairs does not have outrageous waiting periods to obtain quotes. Your quote and required repairs will be thoroughly outlined to you so as to eliminate any confusion or misunderstanding. Quoting is available Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm. A $30.00 quoting fee is applicable for all Private repairs, which will be deducted off your final invoice. It is not necessary to make an appointment, however, to avoid disappointment or delay, we do advise you phone ahead. Storage & Timeframes:All vehicles are safely and securely stored on our premises. Once your vehicle is left in our care, we commence repairs immediately, or, as soon as we have received approval from insurance assessors. We aim to return your repaired vehicle in as timely a manner as possible, without skimping on safety or quality of work. Depending on the scope of repairs and parts availability, we like to have vehicles returned to owners generally within the week. Loan Cars:Should you require a vehicle whilst we repair yours, ask us about hiring one of our loan cars. Minimal fees and conditions do apply. Should you be an Insurance client who was 'not at fault,' we can certainly recommend companies to provide you with a replacement vehicle at no expense to you.
